Pack with Care
Place the item securely in its original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective materials are included to prevent damage during transit.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized shipping carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our artisans inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5 to 7 business days.
